EASY RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS.
All products sold may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The provisions of Spanish Retail Trade Law require a product to be returnable within 15 days. We extend this period to 30 days.
Prior to returning, the user must notify their intention via email.
THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE will respond via email specifying precise instructions for returning the product.
Transport and/or financial costs incurred from shipping and returns will be borne by the customer.
The refund to the customer's account as a result of the return will be processed within 7 days from receipt of the goods by THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the supplied products have been clearly used, opened, or unsealed.
Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer). They must be sent to the location specified by THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE in the return instructions provided via email.
If the supplier does not accept the return because the product is deemed to have been used, the item will remain at the distribution warehouse for collection by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from the return date.
Packages that do not include any element allowing the sender to be identified (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the sender, who must ensure the goods are returned securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns caused by customs or international authorities are the responsibility of the buyer and will not entitle them to claim from Airenatural.com.
Returning products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping costs and/or payment method fees will not be refunded.
Anyone who returns a product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
